1) Travel Declaration Form is given. Pls take note that everyone has to hand in the form, even if it is a 'Nil' return as soon a spossible. If you are still not sure of your holiday plans, pls indicate on the form that you will notify  the General Office should you make plans later on.
2) Reading AMODES Scoresheet is given. Pls put in new brown file.
3) School ends at the usual time on Monday - 1.45 pm.

1) Parent to sign  Comprehension WS ( 3 sets) returned today.  Revise for the Comprehension AMODES. ( Tuesday 23 Oct)  File in brown file.
2) There will be school holidays for pupils from Monday 15 Oct to 18 Oct .( PSLE Marking exercise)  Pupils return to school on Friday 19 October. School will end at 12.30 pm on that day ( school exams for the other levels)
 3) Form for ordering Sch Mag is given. Pls bring reply form and cash next Friday.

1) Comprehension AMODES will be carried out on  Tuesday 23 October. There will be two parts to the test - Graphic Stimulus and  Comprehension ( 5 questions each). - both MCQ and Open-ended

Please revise Comprehension exercises from Units 16 -21 .

I will be returning the Comprehension ex for Unit 21, and another 3 sets of Comprehension exercises that were completed by the pupils in class recently.  Please revise these exercises with your son over the 4 days of PSLE Marking. exercise next week.

1) Pls hand in the Sharity envelopes tomorrow. There are no more envelopes available in the GO, so for those who have lost the official envelope, pls put the money in any envelope and seal it.  Write the name, class , amt and school on the envelope.
2) Re-write compo in blue Wrting bk neatly with a sharpened pencil. (all) Pass up tomorrow. For Star Writers, pls type story on computer and print just 1 piece hard  copy. Thanks!
3) For those who could not complete the work in class, pls do Unit 21 WS up to Pg 11. Hand in tomorrow.

1) It is Children's Day Celebrations tomorrow.  School will end at 12.45 pm, not 12.30 pm as stated earlier.
2) Bring a small school bag with a storybook, water bottle and food for the mini  party. Party will start at 10.15 am and end at 11.15 pm. Parents who are helping to set up for the party. please report to the classrom at 9.15 am. Please also help us to clean up after the party because the children will have to report to the Hall at 11.15 am. Thanks so much for your help.
3) Homework for the weekend - Diary - any topic.
Prepare for Poetry Recitation AMODES on Monday.
4) There will not be any entry tomorrow on this blog.
5) The Children's Day Appeal  Envelope is given out. Put the money inside the envelope, seal it and write pupil's name, class and amount on the outside. Hand it  in next Monday
6) Finally, wishing all of you a very meaningful Children's Day Holiday on Friday. May your children be bessed by the Lord.  May they experience His Might, Favour  and Wisdom in their lives .

1) Parent helping to set up mini class party, please report at 9.15 am. The party will be from 10.15 am to 1.15 am. After that, please help to clear and clean up because the boys will not be able to do it. They have to report to the Hall at 11.15 am.

4) The poem and rubrics for AMODES Poetry Recitation has been given to the pupils. I have gone over both with the pupils. Please revise with your son and help him to recite it with expression , diction and clarity. He need not memorise the poem. The pupils will be tested next Monday 8 October.
