1)  Pupils have been given slips of paper informing them abt the purchase of costumes for Speech and Drama. Pls hand exact cash to the pupils in a sealed envelope. Write down the name, class, role and amt of money enclosed on the front of the envelope.
Hand the envelope ( sealed with exact cash inside)  to Mrs Thomasz in class during Eng lesson. ( not at the Parade Square) Thanks so much.
2) There is Math Amodes tomorrow. Please revise Multiplication and Division. Memorise your Multiplication tables 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10. Know how to write Division number statement. Know that there is a difference between '2 groups' and 'groups of 2'. Know the meaning of 'share with' and 'share among'.
3) Bring red Math File tomorrow. Hand in to Ms Tan with corrections done.

1) Sorry, I returned the Reading AMODES scoresheets yesterday, not the Listening Comprehension test , as stated on the blog. Please help son to file in English file ( brown file)

1) Please be reminded that all pupils must turn up in sch in their full sch uniform, including the sch tie. There will be photo-taking.
2) Listening Comprehension AMODES scoresheets are given out today. Parent to sign and put in brown  file.
3) Class Discussion on Story openers is given to pupils. Parent to sign and revise with son on the different kinds of story openers. Pass up tomorrow for filing. ( during Eng period)

1) Please take note that there was an error in my post yeaterday. There will be class  photo- taking this coming Friday 26 April. All pupils must come to school neatly dressed in school uniform and with a school tie. Thanks, Mrs Chow and Mr Seow for notifying me of the error.

2) Write about shells on Writing paper given. Use a sharpened pencil and write neatly. ( only about 5 -7 sentences in one paragraph) eg "What are shells?  What did you do last Friday? Describe the shells you examined last Friday. Where can you find shells? What can you do with shells? What sound do you hear when you put a shell against your ear? Do you like shells? Give a reason. Hand in writing before sch.

1) Revise reading passage at home for AMODES. Pupil need not memorise the passage. Pay special attention to expression, appropriate pauses and ending consonant sounds.

1) Pupils will be tested on a seen passage for Reading AMODES next Wednesday and Thursday. ( 10 and 11 April. )  The passage and attached rubrics have been given put to the pupils. I will be going through the passage with the pupils tomorrow. Please ensure that your child reads with the correct pronunciation and voices all the ending consonant sounds. He need not memorise the passage . He will be allowed to read from it.

2)  A letter on the AMODES tests for term 2 has also been issued to the pupils.

3) Letter on dismissal time during SA1 is given. Please take note that there will not be any Semestral assessment for Pr 2 pupils in May. We will have a final Semestral assessment at the end of the year.
4) Complete I-Comprehend booklet- "The Three little Wolves". Do all 5 questions, including the tables. Also, draw lines on comprehension text for specific info needed for answering the questions.
Hand in before school tomorrow.
