1) Learn Spelling 4 for Monday.
2) Revise poem (with expression ) for Monday's AMODES testing. Testing will continue on Tuesday.
3) Pls try to get a few open Mcdonald's french fries hard cardboard pkts.
4) There are too many pupils bringing nuggets and fishballs for the CNY party on the 8 Feb. It would be much appreciated if some pupils could bring other kinds of food like noodles, fried rice. chicken wingsor sushi. ( evn tho' you may have indicated otherwise on the form handed in ).

2) I really want to thank Mrs Chow ( Isaac's mum ) for rising to the call to assist Pr 1 -Gen as Patrent Class Representative. Thank you so much, Mrs Chow.
At the same time, I would also like to thank Mrs Tsu ( Tze Ren's mum) and Mrs Wong ( Darius' s mum ) for helpimg out in a similar capacity last year.  Thank you so much, both of you.

1) Parent to sign Spelling bk. Do Corrections.
2) Hand in reply slip for class party. ( for those who have not handed in yet)
3) Rubrics and poem for AMODES 1 is given. No need to memorise the poem. Practise at home. Pupils will be tseted next Monday ( 4 Feb)  and Tuesday (5 Feb)
4) Learn Spelling 4 for next Monday.
5) Get a plastic jar. Grow some bean seeds in damp cotton wool. Label the jar with name and class. Bring to sch tomorrow.
6) Parent to sign Unit 2 WS. ( 15 chn )
7) There is a vacancy for the position of Parent Class Representative. Pls do sms me if you would like to help me out in this area. So far, no one has responded yet. Thanks for rising to the call for help!

1) Letter from GO is given regarding Chinese New Year and Food Drive.
2) Learn Spelling 3 for Monday.
3) Swimming Carnival Heats on Monday 28 Jan so no Literacy Blk.
4) This is a new year and I am looking  forward to working with a Patrent Class Representative to help me co-ordinate events and activities for the children. I am not sure if the previous Class Representative is able to carry on with the responsibility and I am open to any suggestion. If you are able to or want to volunteer your services as the Parent Class Representative for Pr 2- Gentleness, please do sms me.
    I look forward to hearing from all of you.

1) Please take note that there will not be any Literacy Blk session with the class next Monday 28 Jan. The Sweimming Carnival Heats will be held  that afternoon and  pupils taking part in the heats will be excused from class to have their lunch at 12.45 pm.
2) Pupils will be borrowing a book weekly from the Class Library Cupboard as from today.( every Wed)  Please remind your son to take care of the book and be careful not to misplace it. Pupils will have to pay $5 to replace any lost book.
3) There will be a paper -cutting session ( shapes and patterns)  tomorrow in the Library during recess. If your child is interested, he can bring along his scissors  and join in the activity.
4) Do Eng WS Pg 16, 26 and 27 ( Grammar and Compre) . Parent, pls sign cover page of WS. Thanks!

1) Parents, very sorry that I could not go into my blog yesterday because of some technical problems with my computer.
2) So far, I only have two parents who have volunteered to help out at Literacy Blk. Would appreciate if a few more parents could help out. Thanks!

1) There were many pupils who actually submitted thermometers that were not working. The thermometers have been given back to the pupils . Pls check to ensure that they are in working order. Replace those that are spoilt or where batteries are not working. PPupils are supposed to bring their thermometers toi sch everyday.

3) Spelling 1 will be tested next Monday
4) Literacy Blk will be held on Mondays from 1.15 pm -1.45 pm. I will notify you soon when the programme will commence.

1) Sorry . The Class timetable will only be given out on Monday because there are some changes to my personal timetable. There will be PE on Monday. Your son will be allowed to wear the PE attire to school on Monday.
2) Pls bring the student Report Form after updating particulars and signing behind the form.
3) 5 pupils have still not brought in their thermometers. Pls ensure that your son brings it on Monday.( if he is one of the 5)  Pls check that it is in working order.

1) Pls read the notes behind your son's Individual student data form and update accordingly. Pls cancel and update new info in red above the original info. . The form was given out to your son today.
