1) Pupils to bring plastic bags to clear out things kept under the pupils' desks. Please also clear valuables from the lockers.
2) There will be a mini "Use Your Hands " activity tomorrow after recess. Pupils , pls bring a small rag that you can throw away (after the activity) to clean classroom.
3) Brown and purple files will be returned for revision tomorrow. Pls return the 2  files on the 1st day after the June holidays. For some pupils, there were WS missing / not filed in the brown and purple files. Pls look for them in the home or in your homework folders and file them accordingly.
Parents, pls help me to ensure that the WS are all intact and arranged in the correct order according to the contents list after your revision with them. Thank you so much.
4) Spelling List Term 3 is given. Please learn the first set there for Monday July 1st.
5) Parent to sign Pr 2 Composition Exemplars,  Notes on Writing better compositions,  Star Writer Compos and Sample Compo is given. I have asked pupils to file the sets of notes into their purple file. Please revise and learn by heart the 'Show, don't tell' list on feelings, the sentence types (1st set of notes in the file), the way to write story openings and endings  and all the notes distributed to  pupils today.
6) Pupils have also filed compositions written by the Star Writers. Please revise and learn good phrases written there.
7) Letter on  Travel Hygiene is given.
8) Hune Hol Homework list is given . Return on 1/7 after the hols.

2) For those who have borrowed the Speech and Drama CD, pls return on Wed. Thanks!
3) Speech and drama certs have been given to the pupils.
4) Re-write compo neatly using a sharpened pencil. Write on Corrections page at the back. Star Writers- pls type ypur compo neatly with name and class. Hand in on Wednesday before school.
5) Parent to sign Unit 10 WS. Pass up in class on Wed. ( Not before sch)
6) Purple file is returned with ' list of contents' page. Parent to check, arrange and sign on pages not signed yet. Pls start with the first WS listed at the bottom and work upwards. Parent to tick on Contents page at the top when the WS or Compo is filed;. Hand in purple file on Wednesday. Thanks!

Parents whom I am supposed to meet by appointment, please sign and return the acknowledgement slip through your son on Monday. The form has been given to your son.

2) Grammar and Vocab AMODES test has been returned to the pupils. Parent to sign. Hand in test to Mrs Thomasz on Monday.

1) The school will be sending out sms to parents on 22 May, Wednesday for parents to submit the travel declaration for their sons via the LMS system.Please do so by 27 May, Monday. Thanks!
2) Sch will end at 1.45 pm tomorrow.
3) Pls be reminded that tomorrow is the day for the Speech and Drama Concert at night. Pupils will report to Computer Lab 1 in their costumes after lunch at either 2.15 pm or 3.10 pm. Do not wear the costumes to sch. Please leave your bags in the classroom. ( Pr 2-Gen) . Do not leave your valuables in the bag.
4) Bring oil pastels or coloured pencils, drawing paper and Art TB for Art lesson tomorrow.
5) Letter for PTM is given. Hand in acknowledgement slip tomorrow.
6) List of Teachers teaching the subjects for Pr 2 level is given for your reference.

1) Parents, the list of contents for English File has been given. Pls arrange the worksheets according to the list, starting with Unit 1 WS at the bottom. Pls check if ws have been completed and  corrections done. It would really be great if you could put a post-it on the affected pages and I will do the necessary. Thanks!

Pls also check and sign on cover pages or other worksheets not done yet. I will collect all files on Monday 20 May. Thanks!

1) Part 2 of Grammar Amodes will be conducted tomorrow. Revise LS 7.9 and 8.4. Test will be on Past tense -Regular and Irregular Verbs. Please learn list of tenses given earlier in the year.

2) Keep brown file at home. A list of the contents to be put in the file will be given tomorrow. Parents, please follow the list of contents and arrange all WS in order, starting with unit 1 at the bottom. Check that all ws and other scoresheets and tests are completed and corrected. Pls get son to date every ws. Pls put a post-it on pages not marked or where corrections need to be marked by me and I will get down to marking them. Thanks!

All brown files must be handed in for checking by me by next Monday 20 May.

The Pvs will be coming in during the Literacy Blk this coming Monday to collect the money from the pupils. Thanks !

• LS 6.1, 7.1,  7.2 and 8.1 (Vocab)

Parents , pls let me know through your son tomorrow  if he is staying back after school on his own or will be reporting to school at 3.10 pm. Arrangements will be made for pupils who are eating on their own  to report to a classroom  at 2.15 pm.. As for the rest of the pupils who are having lunch with family members, they can report directly to me at 3-10 pm in  Pr 2 -Gen classroom.

Dinner for Speech and Drama Concert -23 May
The Parent Volunteer Cordinator, Mrs Chow (Isaac's mum) and her team of parent volunteers will be in touch with the parents soon to co-ordinate dinner and the payment for dinner  for the pupils in Pr 2 -Gen. Pls do reply and support them in their arrangements. Thanks a million!

1) Revise Comprehension AMODES which will be held  this coming Wed 8 May.
Revise LS 7.15, , 8.9 and I-Comprehend Modules 1, 2 and 3 ( What, Who and How)
Pupils will not be tested on the strategy used in I-Comprehend. They will just be given a Comprehension passage with 5 open-ended questions and assessed on their ability to answer specifically and using correct grammatical structures.

Revise LS 7.15, , 8.9 and I-Comprehend Modules 1, 2 and 3 ( What, Who and How)

4) Do FTGP Bk Pg 18, 19 and 22.
5) Do corrections for Write Right Bk Pg 15 and 16. Use a sharpened pencil and re-write everything unless you only have no errors. For pupils with only one error, just re-write the sentence that has the error. Do Pg 11as well.

1) Pls bring a photo or picture of your favourite food item tomorrow for SS lesson. This picture must be able to be pasted in SS WB. Bring along your glue. Thanks!
