1) Do CHS National Education WorkBook Pg 2,3.5.6.7 and 8.
2) Do Grammar BK Pg 79 and 80.
3) Show and Tell Scoresheet is given. Parent to sign at the top. Hand in tomorrow for filing.
4) Letter for CHS Family Day cum Homecoming is given. Hand in the 3 reply slips separately ( yellow, green and blue) with separate cheques for the 3 different reply slips.
For order of t-shirt for pupil, pls do not pay yet because the cost for it is not confirmed yet. Every pupil has to submit $10 for the carnival stall class adoption. If you are submitting cheques, please staple the cheque to the correct coloured reply slip. Pupils are allowed to order as many coupon booklets as possible. ( Make payment in the form of a cheque and staple to the green reply slip)

The reason why we want separate payments by cheque for the different reply slips is that the payment  goes to different groups. The green form is for payment through the school ( Catholic High School). The blue form is for payment to PSG ( Catholic High School Parents' Committee ) and the yellow form is for payment to Catholic High Alumni.)

5) Parent to check Write Right Booklet Part 1 ( pink cover) whether pupils have completed work and corrections on all pages . There are also two pages where parents have to sign - one is on the cover page and the other is on the composition of "The Hungry Cat" .
